All fittings, piping, fixtures, materials, etc. to meet the current Safe on nk ng Water Act with all of its amendments and the Reduction of Lead in Dd nk no water Act. B. All work shall comply with all national, state, local codes and ordinances pertaining to the work in this project. C. All plumbing fixuns shall be supplied with individual water supply stops and code approved traps. Exposed piping shall be chrome plated. D. All plumbing fixWres shall be installed with approved bankf Dw prevention deuces. E No piping shall pass directly cover electrical power distribution cabinets, panelboards, etc. Contractor to coordinate panel locations prior to piping installation. F. DO NOT USE CELLULAR CORE PVC. G. All plumbing vent to be a minimum of 10'-0' from any air intake. Coordinate locations with HVAC plans. H. Single rumouts to plumbing fixtures shall be the same size as on the plumbing fixture schedule unless otherwise noted. I. Dry -pipe fire protection system shall be used in all areas subject to freezing. J. All waste, water, vent, gas and condensate lines shown to be connected b their resonated fixturemiquipment, unless noted otherwise. All equipment and systems shown must be complete and usable upon conplefion of project. All connections and installations to be per the manufacturer's requirements. Plan Notes: @Neatly saw -cut existing slab along entre length of new waste line. Repair slab in kind, ready for finish. @Connect new waste line to nearest active waste line of equal or larger size. Field verity exact size, location, elevation, material, direction of flow and condition of existing waste line; prior to start of work. @Connect new water lines to nearest active water lines of equal or larger size. Field verify exact size, locafion, material and condition of existing water lines; prior to start of work. @Provide'j'CW down to serve R/O system and condensate cooler. General Demoltion Notes: A. Contractor shall W required to visit the premises prior to bidding to determine all existing conditions and systems related to his work. Contractor shall include in his bid proposal all labor and material as required for the plumbing installation to be complete and operative. B. Coordinate the plumbing work with the architectural, electrical, mechanical and other plans and details related to this project for work of all other trades. C. The drawings represent a general scheme of existing conditions. All details of existing conditions may not appear on the drawings. The contractor shall visit the premise prior to bidding to determine all existing conditions and systems related to his work and shall include in his bid proposal all labor and material as required: 1. To disconnect and remove all plumbing equipment that is to be removed from service or that is not to be mused. 2. To reconnect water, gas, waste and vent lines to all existing equipment that is to be mused. 3. To provide a complete and operafive system in accordance with the intent of these drawings and specifications. D. The contractor shall include in his bid proposal all costs related to the deposal of existing equipment removed under his contract. E. Existing waste, vent, water and gas lines no longer used for any purpose shall be removed unless imbedded in masonry, in which case it shall be cut off flush with w dace and patched, ready for finish. F. Where plu mbi ng fixtures are removed, all the existi ng waste, vent and water lines shall be removed back to the next active branch. G. Existing PVC in new return air plenums shall be wrapped within materials listed and labeled for such application, to meet the 25/50 flame smoke rating. Demolition Plan Notes: 1�Existing fixture to be removed in its entirety. Existing water and vent lines to be removed bank to next active branch, provide permanent cap. Existing waste line to be removed to below slab, provide permanent cap.
