ti OCT 1 8 ra0 Project Introduction Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Docket No. 19090025V The proposed project is a detached garage with a footprint of approximately 2500 sf(50' x 50') per level Level 1 will be built into the side of the hill. This will give the appearance from the South (Claridge Farms)that the structure is only a single story (refer to page A2.1, Elevation #1 of the attached plans) The planned use of this structure is for storage of grounds maintenance equipment, additional vehicles and outdoor furniture for both Christian Browning's home and Michael Browning's home. Statement of Variance Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Docket No. 19090025V Mr. Christian Browning is requesting a variance to allow the proposed structure to be built between the Primary Structure and Clay Center Rd. Much consideration was taken in the design and location of the proposed structure. The Architecture applied to the exterior is made to give the look and feel of an old barn.
