The proposed equipment will be installed on an existing rooftop mount. The analysis of the mount was not performed and is not part of the scope of this report. The additional weight of the proposed telecommunication equipment is approximately 710 lbs. on the roof. The total weight of the proposed and existing equipment is negligible as compared to design capacity of the existing roof. Therefore, it is our opinion that the rooftop has adequate capacity to support the proposed and existing loading. 3.2) Assumptions 1) The structure was built in accordance with the designer’s specifications. 2) The structure has been maintained and is free of damage. 3) The configuration of antennas and other appurtenances are as specified in Table 1. 4) Existing loading was assumed based on final proposed loading. 5) Mount has adequate capacity for existing equipment. This analysis may be affected if any assumptions are not valid or have been made in error. B+T Group should be notified to determine the effect on the structural integrity of the structure. 4) ASSESSMENT RESULTS 4.1) Recommendations 1) The telecommunication equipment shall be installed on the existing rooftop in accordance with the installation drawings.
