I am writing to provide clarity for the garage addition project at 3963 Chadwick dr., Carmel in the Carolina Commons subdivision.
This new addition will be an attached garage via the roof structure as seen on the Terrace side elevation view. We will be removing two windows in the existing home and adding a new
door which will allow access to the new attached garage. The new walkway shown on the plans ties into and is an integral part of the garage roof structure. This covered roof structure
then ties in to the existing home at the new doorway to be added to the home.
