I’d suggest, to try and keep things we simple, we handle one project at a time; pool reno, landscape plan & possible pergola type structure. (a copy of the CCR’s to review guidelines
to assist in planning is attached) Let me know if you have any questions and we will work with you to get the projects approved and moving forward.

Good afternoon,
Attached is our application and plot plan for the replacement of our existing swimming pool. Please accept this application for review.
We will be replacing the pool with same size, rectangle. Same location on property. Automatic cover.
We will be removing the hot tub and filling in the area with concrete.
We will be removing all the concrete surrounding the pool and replacing it with concrete. We are likely to reduce the amount of concrete being added back in and adding grass back to
the yard. (if you need a landscape idea, I have to submit this later).
Contractor installing pool - Pools of Fun, Tyler Hermon, Director of Sales.
Excavating: RK Excavating LLC., Noblesville.
Landscaping: Julio with C&C Landscaping
Pools of Fun has stated that the pool can be installed around the week of October 28, 2019.
Upon approval from your committee, excavating will begin during week of October 21, 2019.
All is weather permitting as well.
Also - we are looking into options for adding an additional outdoor building to our backyard. I am working with vendors for estimates. Once I have this I will issue another application
for review. Thank you.
