PLUMBING PLAN GENERAL NOTES:
1. PLUMBING CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM A FIELD SURVEY PRIOR TO FABRICATING OR
INSTALLING ANY NEW WORK OR MODIFYING EXISTING. NOTIFY ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER
OF ANY DISCREPANCIES FOUND FOR DIRECTION PRIOR TO PROCEEDING.
2. ANY EXISTING SYSTEMS NOTED AS EXISTING TO REMAIN SHALL BE FIELD VERIFIED FOR
DEFICIENCIES.
3. PLUMBING CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ANY NECESSARY SHUTDOWNS WITH UTILITIES
AND BUILDING/ADJACENT TENANTS.
4. PLUMBING CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL ACCESS PANELS REQUIRED FOR THEIR
TRADE. SEE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS FOR SPECIFICATIONS.
5. ROUTE PLUMBING AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE THROUGHOUT SPACE.
6. PLUMBING CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH ALL OTHER TRADES AND PREPARE
INTERFERENCE DRAWINGS FOR SUBMITTAL, PRIOR TO ANY FABRICATION OR INSTALLATION.
