Attached please find a request for Building Permit for the above address. The request is to replace existing deck
boards and add a roof over the existing area.
Below is a diagram of the proposed work, along with a CAD photo. We will not be doing a screened porch...just
a roof, which will be metal instead of shingled. We have also submitted to our HOA for approval.
