Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T October 29, 2019 Brad Schrage American Structurepoint, Inc. 9025 River Road, Suite 200 Indianapolis, IN 46240 Re: BZA Docket Nos. 19090015-17 V, Carmel Hotel and Office Dear Mr. Schrage: At the meeting held on Monday, October 28, 2019 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) requests filed by you for the property approximately located at 12166 N. Meridian Street: APPROVED: Docket Nos. 19090015 V, 19090016 V & 19090017 V Development Standards Variance approvals for: 1. Minimum 20’ north side yard setback required for surface parking/building required, 5’ proposed in one area and 30’ proposed in another granted. 2. At least 2 primary buildings required for wide lot width covering at least 75% of the lot’s width; 45% lot width coverage granted. 3. No parking lot setbacks/bufferyards along future shared property line between buildings granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
