Stonegate Dr., Ste. 100 Zionsville, IN 46077 Re: BZA Docket No. 19090025 V: Browning Residence, Garage Setback Dear Mr. Viewegh: At the meeting held on Monday, October 28, 2019 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 12650 Clay Center Road: APPROVED: Docket No. 19090025 V, Development Standards Variance approval for Detached garage located 25’ behind house face required, Garage 288’ in front of house granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is October 28, 2022. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
