MASTER DRAINAGE PLAN AND CALCULATIONS
SECTION 1
USING TR55
OVERALL TIME TO PEAK= 22 min.
The post -developed runoff pattern is as follows for each of the watersheds
3 - This watershed will sheet flows across the pavement in curb inlet 3. Than the stone water is conveyed by the on -
site storm sewer system and outlets into the Proposed Infiltration Trench BMP 1. Then smnawater continues
downstream and is discharged into the existing Detention Pond B - BMP 2.
4 - This watershed will sheet flows across the pavement, and landscaping islands to curb inlet 4. Then the strum
water is conveyed by the on -site storm sewer system and outlets into the Proposed Infiltration Trench BMP 1.
Then stmenwater continues downstream and is discharged into the existing Detention Pond B- BMP 2.
5 - This watershed will sheet flows across the roof, pavement, and landscaping islands to curb inlet 5. Then the
storm water is conveyed by the on -site atoms sewer system and outlets into the Proposed fnfrlrradon Trench BMP
1. Then stormwater continues downstream and is discharged into the existing Detention Pond B - BMP 2.
6 - This watershed will sheet flows across the roof, pavement, and landscaping islands to curb Wet 6. Then the
storm water is conveyed by the on -site store sewer system and outlets into the Proposed Infdrradon Trench BMP
1. Then stormwater continues downstream and is discharged into the existing Detention Pond B- BMP 2.
9 - This watershed will sheet flows across the roof, pavement, and landscaping islands to curb inlet 9. Then the
stonn water is conveyed by the on -site storm sewer system and outlets into the Apposed lnfrhrafian bench BMP
1. Then stormwater continues downstream and is discharged into the existing Detention Pond B - BMP 2.

STORM SEWER SIZING
SEE THE STORM SEWER REPORT FOR PIPE CAPACITY, HGL, AND AMOUNT OF FLOW IN EACH PIPE
RUN FROM STRUCTURE TO STRUCTURE.
ALL ROOF DRAINS DISCHARGE TO PAVEMENT AND ARE CAPTURED BY ON -SITE PRIVATE STORM
SEWER
SECTION 3
DETENTION
SEE THE ORIGINAL STORM DETENTION CALCULATIONS FOR THE ORIGINAL TREESDALE
SUBDIVISION.
THE CHILDRENS THERAPLAY SITE OCCUPIES ALL OF THE AREA SHOWN AS 17-21, WHICH FLOWS
THROUGH 400 AND 401 THEN DISCHARGES INTO COM B (DETENTION POND B).
PER THE CHART ON SHEET C2 OF THE CONSTRUCTION DOUCMENTS THE PROPOSED IMPERVIOUS
AREA BY DESIGN COVERS AN AREA WHICH IS 172 sq.8. LESS THAN THE PRE-EXISTING
CONDITION. BECAUSE OF THIS SMALL AMOUNT THE CN VALUE HAS NOT CHANGED FROM THE
PRE-EXISITNG CONDITION TO THE PROPOSED CONDITION.
SECTION 4
WATER QUALITY
THERE ARE 2 EXISTING WATER QUALITY BMPS PROVIDED ON THE PROPERTY AS A PART OF THE
ORIGINAL STORMWATER DETENTION SYSTEM. BMP 1 IS APROPOSED A'EILTRATION TRENCH
THAT IS IN BETWEEN THE STORM OUTFALL FOR PHASE 2 AND THE EXISTING STORM SEWER
CONNECTION AT THE END OF THE STUB STREET FOR TREESDALE SECTION 1. BMP 2IS
DETENTION POND B FOR THE SOUTH SIDE OF TREESDALE SUBDIVISION WHICH INCLUDES THE
CHILDRENS THERAPLAY SITE. THE COMBINATION OF THESE 2 BMPS WILL PROVIDE SUFFICIENT
WATER QUALITY STANDARDS. THERE IS ALSO ANOTHER DETENTION POND A ON THE
TREESDALE SUBDIVISION WATERSHED AREA WHICH WOULD BE A 3t° BMP (ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT
IN -LINE WITH THE OTHER TWO BMP's.).
