General Administrative Rules (GAR)
The project involves interior renovation and addition to an existing
building for The Children's TherAplay Foundation - a not -for -profit
outpatient pediatric rehabilitation clinic. The existing building includes a
therapy noting arena for one-on-one noting sessions, other therapy spaces,
and office and support functions. A previous project phase included
replacing the previously existing stable with new stable addition. The
SCOPE OF WORK:
current project phase will include an addition to office areas and a new
fund-raising banquet room surrounding the arena, dew l of existing
areas and installation of an automatic sprinkler system throughout the
building. The existing building plus addition will be approximately
31,700l including open canopies. The building is Type VB
Construction and will be classified as non -separated A-3, B and U
Occupancies.
Alterations and additions are permitted to an existing building without
requiring the entire existing building or portions of the existing building
unaffected by the proposed scope of renovation to be brought into
