NUMBERED NOTES
lO Provide fully adjustable shallow steel Floor box recessed in concrete with (2)
duplex receptacles and (2) tele/tlata ports. Provide (1) 3/4" conduit for power
& (2) 1" conduits to above ceiling for tele/data with pull strings in concrete.
Floor box to be manufactured by walker wiremold. Coordinate exact location
with owner prior m installation.
O2 Provide wiring with a redundant, isolated ground to comply with NEC 517.13 in
all rooms where patient care is being provided.
O3 Tenant signage. Route thru existing time clock. Coordinate location with
tennant.
OCeiling mounted window receptacles. Route thru time clock.
OS ]unction box above ceiling for security and junction box @ 44" A.F.F. for card
reader coordinate with user prior to rough -in.
O208 Volt, 60 amp, 3 pole, non -fused safety switch located adjacent to water
heater.
7 Tmeclock and lighting contactor, see detail #2 on sheet E300.
^OS 20a VoIQ 60 Amp, 3 pole, NEMA 3R, F55, Fused at 45.

GENERAL NOTES
All Receptacles within 6' of a wet area shall be ground fault interruptertype.
Refer to architectural drawings for exact device locations/weights.
