BY THE CONTRACTOR TO THE ARCHITECT AT THE DOCUMENTS,SPECIFICATIONS, EXISTING CONDITIONS OR SUBSTITUTIONS SHALL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF THEY DO ARCHITECTS STANDARD BILLING RATES, PLUS REIMBURSABLE DESIGN INTENT, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE NOT SACRIFICE QUALITY, FUNCTIONALITY, APPEARANCE OR EXPENSES. FOR OBTAINING CLARIFICATION FROM THE ARCHITECT WARRANTY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE PRIOR TO BID SUBMITTAL AND PROCEEDING WITH ANY OWNER BE REQUIRED TO PROVE THAT A PRODUCT THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WORK IN QUESTION. PROPOSED FOR SUBSTITUTION IS OR IS NOT OF EQUAL VERIFICATION OF ANY EXISTING CONDITIONS AND ALL QUALITY TO THE PRODUCT SPECIFIED. LIGHT GAGE METAL SLUM STUDS, THEIR COMPONENTS STIPULATED FOR THE TRADE, CRAFT, OR PRODUCT, AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE ENGINEERED BY A WHICHEVERISLONGER. ONLY COMPETENT MECHANICS REVIEWED SHOP DRAWINGS AND SUBMITTALS BY OTHERS PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE WHERE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING GOOD WORKMANSHIP SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS PART OF THE CONTRACT THE PROJECT IS LOCATED. THE ENGINEER SHALL AFFIX THEIR CUSTOMARY TO THE TRADE SHOULD BE USED. DOCUMENTS. THE ARCHITECT ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY SEAL AND SIGNATURE TO SHOP DRAWINGS AND COMMENCING WORK BY A CONTRACTOR OR FOR DRAWINGS,SCHEDULES, ANDIOR SPECIFICATIONS FOR CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW. SUBCONTRACTOR CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK ON THE PROJECT PREPARED BY OTHERS. CONDITIONS AND SURFACES CONCERNED.
