The site is located just north of 10801 N. Michigan Rd. and is zoned B-2/Business within the US 421/Michigan Rd. Overlay Zone. APPROVED with Condition: JDF Development-Shoppes at Weston Pointe Docket No. 17020003 DP/ADLS Amend 1. Subject to Landscape Plan Approval by Urban Forester In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
