RE: Docket No. 17020003 DP/ADLS Amend: JDF Development-Shoppes at Weston Pointe
Dear Steve,
The Commercial Committee took the following action at its meeting on May 2, 2017 regarding an
application seeking design approval for two buildings totaling 18,558 sq. ft., on 3.69 acres. The site is
located just north of 10801 N. Michigan Rd. and is zoned B-2/Business within the US 421/Michigan Rd.
Overlay Zone.
APPROVED with Condition: JDF Development-Shoppes at Weston Pointe
Docket No. 17020003 DP/ADLS Amend
1. Subject to Landscape Plan Approval by Urban Forester
