Dear Mr. Hardin:
At the meeting held Monday, June 26, 2017, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Development Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located north of 10801 N. Michigan
Road:
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 17050004 through 17050006 V - Development Standards Variances for:
1. Maximum Building Height next to residential, 20' allowed, 24'8" approved.
2. Parking/loading berth, 2 required, 0 approved.
3. Wall sign facing right-of-way required (north). Wall sign facing south approved.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is June 26, 2020.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
