The site is located at 1101 Rohrer Rd. The site is currently zoned R-1/Residential within the Monon Greenway Overlay Zone with a proposed change to UR/Urban Residential. APPROVED with Condition: Monon Crossing Townhomes: Docket Nos. 19050018 DP/PP/ADLS, 19090007 SW  Conditioned upon: Approval by the City Council of the Rezone from R-1 to UR In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
