RE: Monon Crossing Townhomes: Docket Nos. 19050018 DP/PP/ADLS, 19090007 SW
Dear Mr. Shinaver:
The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting on October 15, 2019 regarding an
application seeking site plan, design approval and design standard waiver approval to not connect to a
public street for a new subdivision consisting of 60 townhomes on 6.8 acres. The site is located at 1101
Rohrer Rd. The site is currently zoned R-1/Residential within the Monon Greenway Overlay Zone with a
proposed change to UR/Urban Residential.
APPROVED with Condition: Monon Crossing Townhomes: Docket Nos. 19050018 DP/PP/ADLS,
19090007 SW
Conditioned upon: Approval by the City Council of the Rezone from R-1 to UR

for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
