TABLED TO THURSDAY NOVEMBER 7 Docket No. 18010004 Z: Westbridge PUD Rezone. The applicant seeks rezone and primary plat approvals for 13.91 acres to change to PUD/Planned Unit Development. The site is located at 4281 W. 106th Street and is zoned S 1/Residential. Filed by Randy Green with ISBG Capital, LLC. Alexia: The Nov. 7th Residential Committee meeting will be the last meeting they can be heard at. Staff will recommend to withdraw their petition if they don't have anything to update the Committee. 2. WITHDRAWN-Docket No. 18090012 Z: Sherman Drive Townhomes Rezone(R-2 to UR). 3. WITHDRAWN-Docket No. 18090013 DP/ADLS: Sherman Drive Townhomes. Street. The site is located at 7 Sherman Drive. It is currently zoned R 2/Residential with a proposed change to UR/Urban Residential.
