Dear Ms. Meyer:
The Carmel Plan Commission Commercial Committee took the following action at its meeting on November 7, 2019
regarding site plan and design approval for exterior renovations including but not limited to modified entry into t he site,
new sidewalks, landscaping islands, outdoor gathering areas, drop off areas, etc. The site is 7.95 acres in size. It is located
at 12156 N. Meridian Street. It is zoned MC and is not located within any overlay zone. Filed by Corrie Meyer of
Innovative Planning, LLC, on behalf of Bill Nicholls with the Ritz Charles.
APPROVED with Conditions: Docket No. 19100009 ADLS Amend: Ritz Charles - Renovations
Approval of the landscape plan from the Carmel Urban Forester
Sidewalk connections are provided from Illinois Street through the landscaped islands
An updated photometric plan with light measurements is provided
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
