River Road, Suite 100 Indianapolis, IN 46240 RE: Docket No. 19100012 ADLS Amend: College and 116th Townhomes Dear Mr. Lash: The Carmel Department of Community Services took the following administrative action regarding an application to seek administrative approval for minor alterations to the building architecture and landscaping. There will be 39 units, in 10 buildings. The site is about 4 acres in size. It is located at 11580 College Ave. (Original approval Docket No. 18020002 DP/ADLS) It is zoned PUD and is not located within any overlay zone. APPROVED with Conditions: Docket No. 19100012 ADLS Amend: College and 116th Townhomes  Final Secondary Plat approval by the Carmel Engineering Department.  The color pattern for the 6-plex buildings will be altered so it doesn’t follow the exact same pattern as the other buildings.  Larger balconies are permitted on the 3, 4, and 5-plex buildings. In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
