Docket No. 191200005 V rd b. March 23 2020 at 5:00 pm c. Tax parcel ID: 17-09-36-00-00-060.102 d. In the Explain your request section please just copy the language used the document titled Example Text 2) Print 7 copies of the document you just filled out, as well as 7 copies of the attached document titled TBO 3) At the Post Office you will need to mail 7 copies via Certificates of Mailing to the addresses provided to you by Hamilton County. I have attached this list in the email (titled Public Notice) 4) Hold on to the receipts and any documentation that the Post Office gives you. Bring this to my office or email us copies.
