Here are the scanned versions.
(You do have several blank pages to scroll past on the evidence simply because some were not two sided).
On the packets, you will note that the written commitments are tied to secondary plat recording, simply because
we cannot make promises on real estate that is not fully under our control yet. It doesn't change the commitment
of it, just the timing of the agreement. We can talk more too if this doesn't make sense when you read through
it.
