SCHEDULING OF THE WORK EFFORTS FOR ALL ENGINEERS, SUBCONTRACTORS,
CRAFTSMEN AND TFADESMEN RE�UIFED TO COMPLEfE THE JOB AND SHALL BE

EXECUTED UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT EXCEPT THAT
ANV CLAIM FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME CAl1SED THEREBV SHALL BE INDICATED ON
THE CHANGE OFDEF.
2. CLAIMS FOP ADDITIONAL WORK WILL BE SUBMITTED IN WPITING FOR REVIEW BV
OW NER AND SHOULD INCLUDE A COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK,
MATERIALS BEING USED, THE ROOM NUMBER OR AREA AFFECTED, AND THE
AUTHORIZATION UNDER WHICH THE WORK IS BEING PERFORMED.

3. MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITV OF RATED PARTITIONS AND OTHER FIRE RATED
ASSEMBLIES. REPAIR OR REPLACE DAMAGED PORTIONS WITH NEW
CONSTPUCTION TO MATCH EXISTING AND HAVE REPAIP WORK APPROVED BV THE
BWLDING INSPECTOR.
4. THEGENERALCONTRACTORSHALLREVIEWTHEOWNER'SSPACEWITHTHE
LANDLORD TO DEfERMWE IF ANV ACCESS PANELS ARE LOCATED IN THE OWNER'S
SPACE FOP THE LANDLOPD'S AND/OP OTHEP OW NEP ELECTPICAL BOXES AND/OP
VALVES. THE GENER4L COMRACTOR SHALL PROMPTLV NOTIFV THE ARCHITECT
AND THE OWNER OF ANV REQUIRED ACCESS PANEL LOCATIONS.
