I have looked over the proposed signage and no permit will be required, since this is a temporary address identification solution in regards to construction on Illinois Street and US 31. We will require these vinyl address signs to be removed once the construction is complete. If the owner would like to install a permanent address sign in the future, that is ok and we are happy to work with them regarding that administrative approval. Please keep us updated regarding the monument sign being replaced/reinstalled or moved once construction is complete. We will update the existing files with this information. A detour route utilizing Spring Mill Road, 106th Street and US 31/Meridian Street will be in place for the entirety of this work. An aerial with the closure shown is attached. Green shows the open portion of roadways and the red area shown will not allow for any through traffic or access. This project includes the reconstruction and realignment of Illinois Street including realigning the Superior Street connection to 103rd and transitioning 103rd and Illinois from a roundabout to a T-intersection.
