See below the list of green building efforts:
1. Bicycle Facilities
2. Walkable Streets
3. Compact Development
4. Access to Civic and Public Spaces
5. Access to Recreation Facilities
1. Tree Lined and Shaded Streetscapes Energy Star Rated appliances
2. Energy Star Rated light fixtures
3. A high reflectance roof membrane color to reduce heat gain on the building (no black or dark brown
roof membrane colors)
I forgot to include this in the PDox submittal.
Also are you good with the red line ordinance? We will submit to Jacob on July 6.
