The proposed project DOES fall in a Carmel wellhead protecfion zone. 2. The proposed project falls in the Tunis Garrard Shed and the Elizabeth Warner Regulated Drain Watershed. 3. Be advised, the majority of the soil on this site consists of Westland soil which drains very poorly and water permeates very slowly. 4. Please direct any stormwater related questions to the city of Carmel. 5. If the Subdivision is to drain to two different watersheds, please submit an outlet connection permit for the connection to the Tunis Garrard and Elizabeth Warner Drains. 6. Please provide any updated construction plans once all TAC comments have been addressed. 7. Please note, additional comments may be warranted at a later date. The proposed project DOES fall in a Carmel wellhead protection zone. 2. The proposed project falls in the Tunis Garrard Shed and the Elizabeth Warner Regulated Drain Watershed. 3. The site in question has a significant amount of 100 year floodplain. Per Section 105.01 of the HCSMTSM, a site specific floodplain study will be required for this project to determine adequate flood protection grades above the 100 year flood elevation 4. Many items and the review are contingent on the required floodplain study, like easement reduction and if any floodplain fill is proposed. 5.
