The site is generally located at the southeast corner of Meridian Street and Carmel Drive, and includes the Hamilton Crossing Retail Center, Hampton Inn, and a former standalone restaurant. Filed by the Department of Community Services on behalf of the Carmel Plan Commission. Fees: $0.00 (exempt) Total Fee: $0.00 Please note the following: 1. This item will not be on an agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). 2. Mailed and Published Public Notice will occur no later than Tuesday, December 31, in the Current in Carmel. a. Publication will occur in the Current in Carmel. b. Public Hearing Signs will be placed on the site. c. First class mailings (with Certificate of Mailing) to all adjoiners will occur. A list of adjoiners has been obtained by the Hamilton County Transfer and Mapping Office. 3. Informational Packets will be delivered to Plan Commission Administrator Joe Shestak no later than NOON, Friday, January 10. 4. The Item will appear on the January 21, 2020 agenda of the Plan Commission (under “Public Hearings”) in the Council Chambers of Carmel City Hall. 5.
