Demolition:
KITCHEN:
NOTE: All kitchen demolition labor and material is the responsibility of the Owner's contractor
LAUNDRY ROOM CONVERSION:
Demo ALLOWANCE for the following removal for existing materials:
NOTE: All material will be carefully disposed into on-site receptacle
Materials: Demo wall cabinetry and electrical fixtures
Stairway & Walls: Demo stairway from Living Room & 2x4 interior wall between Laundry & Stairs
2nd Floor Walls: Demo 2nd Floor Hall Closet
Floors: Demo carpet and pad on both sets of stairs and 2nd Floor Closet and Hallway carpet and pad
NOTE: 2nd Floor Bedroom flooring to remain as is, pricing TBD if requested

LAUNDRY ROOM CONVERSION:
Labor and material to frame 2x4 interior walls at 16" O.C. for 1st Floor Mudroom, new Living Room wall for
TV with TV niche and 2nd Floor Laundry Room interior walls per plan. Includes installing 2x12 Laundry
Room door header, extending floor and ceiling joists where required, and drywall/fire blocking
NOTE: Interior beam may be required from Laundry Room demolition pending location of floor joist support
for 2nd floor. Owner will be notified after demolition of any additional framing requirements.
Insulation:
Labor and material to provide sound dampening wall insulation for 2nd Floor Laundry Room
