At the meeting held on Thursday, January 9, 2020, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Use Variance (UV) and Development Standards Variances (V) filed for the property
located at 13134 West Road:
DENIED: 19090019 UV: Permitted Uses, Memory Care use proposed.
19090020 V: Min. 30’ wide side bufferyards required, 10’ and 20’ requested.
19090021 V: Min. 200’ lot width required, 155’ proposed.
19090022 V: Max. 35% lot cover allowed, 43% proposed.
