PLEASE NOTE: installation of buiiding sewer shail be per the specifcations af the TriCo Regional Sewer Utility (see
reverse) and any conditivns noted befow. Alf installations shall be inspected by iriCo personnel during 'bpen trench"
phase and befare backfilling with stone tn iwelve inches above the pi�e. NO footing or foundation drains, or ather
so�rces of ground or stormwater, shall be permii#ed ta enter TriCo's sanitary sewer system. TriCo wi�l assurne no
liability for drains which are b�low the grade le�el of the nearest downstream manhole nor for lateraEs which are
extended beneath drirreways or siciewalks. The permit F�older (properly owner, devela�e� or builder) will be
respansible for darnages to �riCa's sewer system. This includes damages to manholes, castings, manhole lids and
the like; caused by constructiart acti�ity on the building site which is the subject of this pe�nit.
Inspections by TriCo are MANDATORY and shall be arranged by coniactir�g TriCo's off�ce at 844-92Q0 24 hours in
advanca. All new canstructian will be pfaced on billing two rr�onths af#er connection has been made or when water is
connected, whichever comes frst.
