CLFANING OF SANITARV DRAM LINES BACK TO LANDLORD
MAIN SANITARY LINE. PROVIDE VIDEO EVIDENCE AND
COMPLETE INSPECTION REPORT TO THE GCIOW NER THAT
THE LINE IS CLEAR PRIOR TO OW NER POSSESSION.

ARESHOWN. PROVIDEOFFSETS,ETC.,ASREQUIREDTOMEETSPACE

2. VERIFV LANDLORD'S FLOOR SLAB CORMG REQUIREMENTS W ITH MALL PRIOR
TO BID. CONTRACTOR MAV BE REQUIRED TO PERFORM RADAR/SONAR/X-
RAV VERIFICATION SURVEV OF FLOOR SLAB.
3. ALL ROOF W ORK ASSOCIATED W ITH ROOF PENETRATIONS SHALL BE
PERFORMED BV LANDLORD'S DESIGNATED ROOFER AT TENANT'S EXPENSE.
WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED IN A MANNER AS TO NOT VOID ROOF
WARRANTY.
