Use Variance, Development Standards Variance, ADLS, DP and TAC Application Submittal
Dear Rachel and Angie:
Per prior discussions regarding Adams & French Property, LLC redeveloping the Extra Space Storage facility
located at 155 West Carmel Drive, enclosed please the following: (i) Use Variance application; (ii) Development Standards
Variance application; (iii) ADLS application; (iv) Development Plan application; and, (v) TAC application.
After you have opened up this matter in ProjectDox, please notify me so I can advise the project engineer and
project architect to upload all plans for this project. The short-term schedule for the BZA and Plan Commission review for
this matter will be as follows:
02/19/20 - TAC Meeting 9:00 a.m. (Time to be determined)
03/17/20 - 6:00 p.m. Plan Commission Meeting
03/23/20 - 6:00 p.m. Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting
03/31/20 - 6:00 pm Plan Commission Commercial Committee Meeting
