architectural styles of homes, we need this development standards variance to offer the Federal
Architectural Style Townhomes within Gramercy. With Twenty Six (26) (B/F lots on Site Plan) Three (3)
unit townhome buildings to be built within Gramercy West, we will most likely build the Federal
Architectural Style Townhome buildings eight (8) times depending upon home buyer preference and
monotony code restrictions. This will not create a hardship for the City of Carmel, the adjacent
neighborhoods nor any future homeowners of Gramercy West.
