I am a homeowner in Jackson’s Grant. I support Republic’s development plan for Jackson’s Grant Village. The transition
from single family homes to higher density makes a lot of sense.

I do have a concern how all this will accommodate pedestrian traffic crossing 116 St. At the moment I need to be very

careful crossing, as westbound traffic on 116 has an impaired view of the crosswalk.
Please note that August Navarra does not represent Jackson’s Grant in any official capacity. Gus also has a penchant for
fabricating statistics.
