reversa) and any candifions noted below. AEI installations shall be inspected by TriCa personnel during "open trench"
phase and i�efore backflling with stone ta iwe�ve inahes abo�e the pipe, NO footing or foundation drains, or otF�er
sources of gro�nd or stormwafer, shall be permit�ed to enter TriCo's saniiary sewer system. TriCa wiff assume no
liability for drains which are below ih� grade level of the nearest downstream manhole nor for laterals which are
extended beneath driveways ar sidewalks. The permit F�ofder (property awner, de�eloper or b�tilder} will be
responsible for damages to TriCo's sewer system. This includes darnages ta ma�holes, castings, manhole lids and
the like; caused by construction activity on the building site which is th� su�ject ofi this permi#.
Inspections by TriCo are MANDATORY and shall 6e arranged by contacting TriCo's affice at 844-9200 24 hours in
