Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** All, Based on the as-built elevations of the granite curb and the Railyard FF Elevations, please find the nd attached sheets to re-grade the back of curb area between Elm St. and 2 St. The idea for the revisions is to keep the sidewalk area along the face of the building and the cycle track at a max cross-slope of 2%. Then we will vary the cross-slope across the 4 ft. landscape bed and the 5 ft. area between the cycle 1 track and the back of curb as needed. The maximum cross-slope between the cycle track and the back of curb should be 5%. With the second door from the south being off from our original plan by so much, we need to add a landscape bed along the cycle track as shown on Sheet 13. Unless REA feels differently, this landscape bed can mimic the planned bed just to the north (plantings, utilities, etc.). Phil? Please review and let me know if you have any questions. Jeremy – copying you on this so you have the information in case you have any conversations with the Midtown West folks. The site plan gives a better idea of the outdoor area with tables. We will need some sort of barrier between tables and sidewalk – similar to what Fork & Ale currently has. This will be a fantastic addition to Midtown. They obviously want to take advantage of Monon and offer outdoor dining. Walter, Jeremy and I talked about this conceptually a couple of months ago – We now need to take some real steps toward getting this approved. I assume it will be an encroachment license. Can you point us in the direction of what we need to do next? Is there an application? Which body grants permission, etc. Thanks in advance for your help. Tom Mariani Thomas E.
