I think last night the lady just had questions about what was being proposed. I think she thought the house was going to be torn down. But, I think she was satisfied when she heard you were just proposing to add a carriage house garage to the rear of your site. You will receive a BZA Letter of Grant very soon. And you will work with the Building & Code Services Dept. to secure a building permit. They are also paperless, so you will utilize their online permit form and also their ProjectDox portal to do the building permit process for a new residential accessory structure.
