The approval of this variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community because: There are already several similar garages in the area and the one I'm building will match the look and design of the area. 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance will not be affected in a substantially adverse manner because: There is plenty of room on my lot to build this garage and the quality and style will match several that are already in the area. 3. The strict application of the terms of the Unified Development Ordinance to the property will result in practical difficulties in the use of the property because: The additional ten feet in length is needed for the style of garage I would like to build. The additional space will be used for parking my vehicles inside and for placement of the stairs leading up to the additional living area above the garage. DECISION It is therefore the decision of the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals that Development Standards Variance Docket No. 19110012V is granted, subject to any conditions stated in the minutes of this Board, which are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. nn Adopted this 2 7 day of ^r , 20 .
