Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T January 28, 2020 Christina Bruno Bose McKinney & Evans LLP 111 Monument Circle, Suite 2700 Indianapolis, IN 46204 Re: BZA Docket No. 19120012 V: Allied Solutions East Wall Sign Dear Ms. Bruno: At the meeting held on Monday, January 27, 2020 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 350 Veterans Way: APPROVED: Docket No. 19120012 V, Development Standards Variance approval for: Wall signs cannot be placed over architectural elements of building, East wall sign covering over three architectural columns/features granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is January 27, 2023. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
