Top and bottom TJI flanges: 3-1/2" W x 1-3/4" D
3/4" T&G OSB subfloor

Steel posts
- span between steel posts 6'-9"
Triple 1-3/4" x 11-1/4" x 9'-5" 1.9E LVL - glued, screwed, and compressed with carriage bolts
Total triple LVL beam width 5-1/4"
- existing TJI's that have been cut will sit on the LVL beam
- new 2x10 dropped floor joists will sit on this LVL beam
New dropped floor:
2x10-16" OC SYP with
3/4" OSB decking
Total drop 2-5/8"

Master bathroom
Outside wall:
3' tall poured crawl wall 8" thick
Note: blocking will be inserted between cut-off TJI ends and between ends of 2x10's
