Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** Hello Joe and Tony, Please forward this to Carmel Plan Commission members: As a Jackson's Grant resident I am writing to express my opposition to Republic's development plan for the 21 acres at the northwest quadrant of 116th Street and Springmill Road. My husband and I moved into our new home in September of 2019 and our property borders the proposed development. Our quality of living and that of other JG homeowners would be negatively impacted by the current proposal by Republic which includes a commercial strip, asphalt parking, bright lights, high traffic through our streets and multi-story town homes. This in no way continues the neighborhood quality of green space, trails and lovely single family homes currently in Jackson's Grant. When we purchased our lot we were aware the parcel next to us was zoned low-density residential and there was currently no commercial or high-density town homes in Carmel, west of Springmill Road in our area. This is not the best use to finish Jackson's Grant and would negatively impact this special neighborhood. Please do not set a precedent of commercial use and high-density town homes for West Carmel starting with Jackson's Grant Village. Sincerely, Suzanne Navarra 12004 Otto Lane Carmel, IN 46032 1
