The only ‘remonstrance’ I have heard of is from the Engineering Dept., letting me know about neighbors who
complained and are having issues with muddy stormwater runoff. But, I think that is being addressed by Salsbery now,
correct?

Let’s continue our variances to the April meeting so I can bring some of these comments to a better place. We’re still
working toward selecting a firm to produce plans that the city and process will require. I’ll send you a separate email
regarding this continuance request in order to extend the public hearing notice that has already gone out.
We definitely want to remain on next Wednesday’s TAC meeting agenda to keep the discussion going. See you then.

Hi, Kevin –
Even though not everyone is finished with their review tasks on ProjectDox (due March 18) (those that are using the
ProjectDox system), you can still run project reports to see what the comments are. You can run a ProjectFlow -
Department Review Status report, a ProjectFlow - Checklist Items report, and a ProjectFlow – Changemarks report. I
suggest you do that within the next few days to see all the big comments that are popping up.

If you need help on how to run a report in ProjectDox, feel free to call our office at 317-571-2417 – one of the Staff can
talk over the phone and explain how to do that.
