Re: Zoning variance for short term rental
It is our intent to seek approval to utilize our residence for up to 80 days per year as a short term rental
property. Our wish is to supplement our income in this manner in order to improve the property over
time. Specifically, the house needs windows and siding, and the grounds would benefit greatly from
professional landscaping. We intend to cease the short term rental once these improvements are
accomplished.
