Project Description
This project consists of the demolition and finish out of an existing demised
tenant suite. Suite occupancy classification and use group remains
unchanged by the scope of this work. Refer to Engineering Drawings for
detailed description of MEP scope. Minor mechanical and ductwork
relocations to accommodate new partition layout. Electrical circuits to
accommodate new tenant equipment loads and locations.
