1. Docket No. 20010014 ADLS Amend: Geico – North parking expansion
The applicant seeks site plan and design approval for a parking lot expansion (218 new spaces) on the north side
of the building (in the previous center of the round-a-bout which has now been removed and reconfigured). The
site is located at 101 West 103rd Street and is zoned MC/Meridian Corridor. It is not located within any overlay

2. Docket No. 20010009 ADLS Amend: Brookshire Plaza – Façade and Site Improvements
The applicant seeks site plan and design approval for the renovation of the existing buildings on site. There is

(19,960 sq. ft.). The site is 3.05 acres in size. It is located at 820 City Center Drive and is Lot 1 of Block A of the
Carmel Science and Tech Park commercial subdivision. It is zoned M-3 and is not within any overlay zone. Filed
