Please exercise caution and Do Not open attachments or click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. **** To: Joe Shestak, Plan Commissioners and City Council members, I live at 12014 Hobby Horse Drive in the Stableside neighborhood of Jackson’s Grant. My work schedule does not allow me to attend the public meetings so I am writing this email in support of the mixed use development plan proposed by Republic. I believe Republic has proposed a well thought out plan for the 116th Street and Spring Mill Road intersection. I am in favor of a small neighborhood type community village that provides residents of Jackson’s Grant a place to safely walk and gather in a quaint village like setting. This would offer a nice transition between the larger commercial/retail businesses of The Bridges and Jackson’s Grant neighborhood. This property lends itself well to the use of a small commercial development rather than all residential use due to the busy intersection and The Bridges and the Mormon Church on 2 of the adjacent corners at this intersection. I am confident that Carmel’s current development standards and ordinances will assure Republic’s proposed plan will be built with high standards! My hope is that the Plan Commission and City Council will support Republic’s plan for a much needed small community village within a safe walking distance for the residents of Jackson’s Grant and others to enjoy! Thank you. Elizabeth Casalini 12014 Hobby Horse Drive Carmel, Indiana 46032 Lizab2@aol.com 1
