• The proposed sign is a similar sign that was placed on the western façade. We were approved by the BZA for the
sign on the western wall.
• It's a 5 story building,which requires a large sign. The height of the sign complies, but not the width of the sign.

• A 24' x 40' garage with additional living space above the garage will be constructed behind the existing house.
The current house will remain as is.
