Rebuttal to Public Comments: Ed Freeman: • Presented a copy of the overall site plan to Ms. Carter • There are 3 different townhome building styles, Federal, Georgian, and Greek Revival architecture styles within the Gramercy PUD • The Federal architectural style lower roof pitch does not allow us to meet the 6:12 roof slope. The Federal style is the only styled townhome that will have the 4:12 roof pitch. Presents an example of a 4:12 roof slope.
