At the meeting held Monday, February 24, 2020, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer
took the following action regarding the Special Exception (SE) filed by you for the property located at 58
Wilson Drive:
APPROVED: BZA Docket No. 20010008 SE - Hospel Short Term Residential Rental, Renewal.
Please be advised that per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned
Special Exception approval is valid for one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is February 24,
2021.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
