Re: BZA Docket No. 19100024 SE - Westrick Short Term Residential Rental
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Westrick:
At the meeting held Monday, February 24, 2020, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer
took the following action regarding the Special Exception (SE) filed by you for the property located at
103 Jordan Court:
APPROVED with Condition: Docket No. 19100024 SE - Westrick Short Term Residential Rental.
Will operate a Short Term Residential Rental use up to 80 days total. This does not include the 30
‘freebie’ dates the City Council approved for 2020, so you are allowed a total of 110 days total.
Please be advised that per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned
Special Exception approval is valid for one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is February 24,
2021.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
