This item will not be on an agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee; however, the petitioner should work with each TAC Member individually to get all review comments addressed (please note that not all TAC Members use ProjectDox, and their plan receipt preferences are listed on the TAC Members list online). 2. Mailed and Published Public Notice does not need to occur. 3. This item will be reviewed administratively by this Dept. and TAC, but the final plat also needs approval by the BPW (Board of Public Works & Safety).
